Students enrolled in Intermediate lessons should be able to go underwater comfortably without goggles,
float with minimal assistance, and jump into the pool.
Intermediate lessons encourage forward movement in the water and independent basic self-rescue skills.
Students will be introduced to rhythmic breath control, integrated arm and leg movement, and how to propel
forward on front and back.
Developing stamina, ability to go underwater comfortably without goggles, floating with minimal assistance, jumping into the pool, submerging and returning to the wall with assistance are goals of intermediate lessons.
